[Xoaquín Agulla Pizcueta, poet and graphic designer, was born in 1956 and lives in Cangas, Pontevedra.
In his literary work, his outstanding poetry covers different fields: lyric poetry in Cántigo (1981), social poetry in Ensoños de Breila (1982), modernism poetry in Palabras Maiores (1985), intimacy poetry in an edition of No Devalar as Horas existencial and religious poetry in Camiño de Emaus (1997). Currently under way is a second edition of Aquí fican Melodías which compiles his complete poetic works.
In the field of photography he completed a work of forty plates using a mixed technique with “gomas, garrotipos y acrílicos”. These three proposals are the result of his graphic work during these last years: big size postcards, little wooden sculptures and “infografías” ( photos retouched with computer programmes.]
